Jim is the Owner, President, and Founder of Mitchell Insurance Agency, along with being a top-producing agent with over 38 years of experience and expertise in the insurance industry. Previously, Jim worked as a Supervisor, at United Parcel Service while attending college at UW-Madison and UW-Oshkosh, for Business Administration. Jim was born and raised in Oshkosh and is an involved member of the community. He's an active volunteer and has held several leadership positions in local & non-profit organizations. The entire family, Jim, Lori, Justin, & Chase, earned their Martial Arts Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do at 'American Black Belt Academy', a local non-profit school. They were volunteer Black Belt Training Instructors, Board Members,and participated/ put on numerous safety seminars & demonstrations at schools and throughout the community. Jim's interests include Sports, Green Bay Packer Games, Badger games, Boating, Traveling, and spending time with friends & his family; wife, Lori, sons, Chase, Justin, daughter in law, Laura, & two beautiful granddaughters, Tatum & Sloane and a new grandson, Brooks.

Lori is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Mitchell Insurance Agency. Lori has been a Licensed Insurance Agent for 19 years, but worked hard on building the agency from the start. Lori worked in the airline industry for 25 years, and has over 40 years of Customer Service experience. Lori began as a Flight Attendant, and then moved to the Training Department, as a Flight Attendant Training Instructor, and Recruiter. Lori later worked in Human Resources with Affinity Health System/ Mercy Medical Center. Lori attended UW-Oshkosh and Fox Valley Technical College, earning a degree in Marketing. Like Jim, Lori was born and raised in Oshkosh, and finds it rewarding to be an active volunteer, and involved member of the community. Lori enjoys Traveling, Concerts, Boating, Bonfires, Sporting Events, friends & time with family; Jim, Justin, Laura, Chase, 2 wonderful granddaughters, Tatum & Sloane, and a new grandson, Brooks Ryan. That’s our favorite thing! Along with a big extended family.

Rob is an Independent Insurance Agent with Mitchell Insurance Agency. Rob has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Rob graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 1995, earning a degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Rob married his wife, Lisa, 6 years ago. They became the proud parents of Aubrey. Shortly after, they were excited to give Aubrey a baby sister, Amber, in December 2020. In his free time, Rob has run several marathons, enjoys biking, podcasts, music, and most of all, family. Rob spends much of his time with his family taking the girls to many special events and places, such as Disney on Ice, the Polar Express, Disney World, etc.

Amy is a licensed agent and has been in the insurance industry for 19 years. She has a blended family with 4 children; Lexi (25), Stepson Benjamin (16), Landon (9), and Ava (6). She graduated from Omro High School and then worked in various, customer service jsobs until she landed in the insurance industry.

In October of 2014, she founded the Like A Prayer Foundation in honor of a close, personal friend. The foundation has been near and dear to her hear and helped adults with serious/terminal illnesses check off their “bucket list” wishes. She served as Vice President on the Board of Directors. The foundation is no longer operating, but she’s very happy that she was able to fullfill the wishes of many terminal people.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending the ladies tap class at Richards School of the Dance, watching the Packers, and visiting northern Wisconsin where her parents have a cabin.
